Deva Mylvaganam is a distinguished Civil Engineer with over 40 years of international experience in engineering and construction. He has played a pivotal role in delivering landmark infrastructure projects across Australia, the Middle East, and Africa. His extensive expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from winning and designing to delivering and commissioning complex major projects.
In Australia, Deva has been instrumental in the success of iconic projects such as Sydney’s Northwest Metro Rail, The Melbourne City Link (Western Link), the Epping-Chatswood Rail Project (ECRL), Brisbane’s Clem 7 and Airport Link tunnel projects, and the 3rd Runway Project for Sydney Airport.
Throughout his career, Deva held senior leadership roles with leading organizations such as UGL (CIMIC Group), Tameer (Al Rajhi Group) in Dubai, Emoleum (an Exxon Mobil company), Barclay Mowlem, Baulderstone-Hornibrook in Australia, and The Gyado Group in Nigeria.
